The first recruiter-style call was light and practical. We discussed my availability, why I wanted to work at Kohl's, and my strengths and weaknesses. The recruiter also described some of the day-to-day work. It was low-stress.
A short time later, I had another quick remote conversation. It covered standard questions and basic fit, with nothing especially technical or difficult. What mattered most to me in the end was the pay: it wasn't attractive enough for me to continue.
