After a recruiter-style step, I went through a structured process that began with aptitude and then moved into coding that day or shortly after. The first stage was an easy MCQ aptitude round. The online assessment mixed MCQs and problem-solving, with a strong C/C++ focus. The questions were straightforward but not trivial, and the constrained format made language choice matter.
I then had two intermediate technical interviews, with the second feeling harder. The questions covered fundamentals, engineering-adjacent topics, DSA, and OOP. One round combined DSA and OOP concepts; the final technical discussion mixed DSA problems with behavioral questions. Both involved live problem-solving and concept checks, not just theory.
The process ended with HR. It was well organized and focused on core technical problem-solving, a basics-to-intermediate test of clear reasoning under pressure. I did not receive an offer, but the flow made the screening criteria clear.
