The onsite was a long, full-day experience that started early and ran until mid-afternoon. It followed a structured schedule of one-on-one conversations with multiple team members, plus meetings with a director and managers from test engineering, failure analysis, and reliability. I had time to ask questions, saw the lab, and had lunch during the day.
The intensity came from meeting so many people and hearing so many perspectives. The final one-on-one was usually with HR and covered general questions and process fit rather than deep technical material. During downtime, an engineer gave me a facility tour, including a fab-window tour, answered questions, and helped me understand the environment.
I waited about a week after the onsite to hear back from the hiring manager and HR, then received an offer shortly afterward. The background check and onboarding tasks took about a week. I accepted. I was happy with the result but exhausted by the number of interactions.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: got offer.
