The first round was face to face in the office, which gave it a different feel from the later virtual interviews. The technical questions stayed moderately difficult, leaning on solid foundations and scenario-based reasoning instead of obscure edge cases.

I had a timed assessment before the technical discussions, then technical conversations, more meetings with a leadership and management perspective, and eventually HR. The process seemed to be mapping my background to the way they work, but the cadence felt somewhat chaotic.

I was not selected. Nothing about it seemed unreasonable on paper, but it was hard to tell how heavily each part counted. I left thinking my experience was close, though the gap may have been larger than it felt during the conversations.

Location: Pune. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
