I went through a fairly structured sequence for a fullstack role. After the earlier steps, I had a frontend-focused round, then a hiring manager discussion, and eventually an onsite with multiple interviews.
The frontend round focused specifically on that part of the stack, while the hiring manager conversation centered on my experience and how it matched the role. The onsite was the longest part, with four separate interviews. Each segment had its own focus, and together they covered frontend competence, role fit, and deeper checks across the rest of the onsite.
The difficulty felt average overall, and I didn’t receive an offer. What stood out most was how much of the onsite was split into separate conversations and how much coordination that required back to back.
