The NeoSOFT process moved through aptitude, coding, a managerial round, and HR. The coding questions were practical algorithm exercises: reverse a string without built-in methods, test for a palindrome, find duplicates, get the second-largest element, generate Fibonacci numbers, and remove duplicate array values.
The interviewer was supportive and kept the conversation professional. I also went through a basic coding and technical stage followed by a client-involved discussion that put coding and technical topics back to back. Afterward, I was asked to send documents by mail before HR was scheduled.
I received an offer. The process felt structured and timely, with much more emphasis on direct coding problems than on vague theory.
Location: India. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: got offer.
