The interviewer was kind, asked questions grounded in real experience, and explained how the answers would matter in the work.
HR communication also stood out. It was clear and responsive, without the awkward gaps that can happen during hiring. Although the technical interview was difficult, the overall experience felt constructive instead of stressful.
