I began with an HR screen about availability and simple personal questions, then moved into several technical rounds with written, paper-based prompts. The first technical interview had five straightforward paper questions. Two later interviews involved different groups of engineers, a couple of people per session, and more paper questions.
In a separate technical path, I met a manager and team members for about an hour and a half to discuss prior projects and my stack before a coding assessment. Those conversations also covered call flow, basic coding, and C++-style topics. The difficulty was average, and the structured questions showed my level without feeling unfair.
