After speaking with the recruiter, the process moved quickly into structured technical work. I had a technical screen with clear questions about my experience, then a longer coding take-home. Afterward, we reviewed my solution and covered more basic technical questions about fundamentals and how I approached the problem.

Next came a longer manager discussion with behavioral questions and additional technical follow-ups. It felt as if they wanted to connect my earlier answers to how I actually worked. The written and coding component was the harder part, and the process took its time validating both coding and communication.

Near the end, there was an enterprise angle: discussion of enterprise architecture, a live demo, and a load-testing application. I did not receive an offer. The bar felt strict and the process thorough, especially in its attention to coding and how I explained decisions.

Location: Bengaluru. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: no offer.
