Restaurant Brands International Business Analyst interview: data and project decisions

I went through a conventional process with several rounds. Some questions were specific to Restaurant Brands International, while others asked me to go deeper on my background. Early on, they wanted to know how I had used data and organized work in past projects. I was asked to describe one of the hardest projects I had handled, how I used data to get to the result I wanted, and the tools I used along the way.

The difficulty felt average, not punishing. The conversation moved between behavioral questions and prompts with a technical flavor. The recurring message was to show how I think, especially how my experience would connect to the business needs of a business analyst.

I did not receive an offer, but the process never felt chaotic. It seemed to come down to how closely my experience matched what they needed, and this one did not turn into an offer for me.

Location: Miami, FL. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
