I started with an HR screening interview, followed by a couple of online assessments. One covered work style, and another tested criteria or aptitude. After those, I moved to a problem-solving case. HR gave me a 15-minute preparation session before the case discussion. It made the process feel tightly organized, though also high-pressure.
I found the rounds difficult. The early tests felt decisive, and I spent considerable time preparing so the formats wouldn't catch me off guard. The case didn't go my way, and I didn't receive an offer. By the end, I felt the assessments had been the main way they screened candidates, with little opportunity in conversation to make up for an earlier performance.
