The process was drawn out. Communication began strongly but faded after recruiter and hiring-manager conversations. I repeatedly encountered silence, with no clear timeline or closure, even after being told I would hear back.
Some steps felt like boxes being checked rather than real engagement with my answers. In a few conversations, I felt the interviewer was not listening. I also completed structured assessments and extra pre-interview work before getting meaningful interview time.
I never received an offer. What stayed with me was not only the result, but the lack of explanation or respectful follow-up after early stages that had sounded promising.
