The process was very light and almost conversational. After a recruiter touchpoint, I had one panel interview with three engineers. There was no HR step attached to that day, no technical questions, and the atmosphere stayed relaxed.
They asked behavioral questions about teamwork and my past projects. What stood out was that I was not being assessed for one narrowly defined opening. Instead, they asked me to prepare the departments where I would most want to work.
