I had two interviews, first with a hiring manager and then a team member. Each was about half an hour. The conversations felt natural, and I left both believing I had explained my background clearly and that the fit was there.
Even so, I never heard back. After completing both conversations, the process seemed to lose momentum, leaving me feeling sidelined and wondering whether I had missed a final step that nobody told me about.
