Silicon Labs Software Engineer interview: three online technical rounds

My biggest frustration was the way HR handled scheduling and communication. The follow-up felt ego-driven, and they kept pushing me to drop my application instead of giving a clear, consistent process. I learned that the second interview would take a long continuous block, around three hours with multiple hiring managers. The plan kept changing, and I was only called for the interview after a month.

Technically, the process still followed a straightforward sequence of three online rounds. The first was with the department head, and the next rounds were with team members. The questions were clear enough that I did not find them impossible, and I communicated reasonably well with everyone on the calls.

There was no offer. I came away more affected by the impatient, difficult coordination than by any technical gap, because the interview substance did not feel like the main problem.

Location: Hyderābād. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: no offer.
