I started with a 30-minute Microsoft Teams recruiter call about my background and fit for a Senior Software Engineer role. It was straightforward and warm. The technical interview then covered my experience, projects, and technical decisions.

The next stage was system design, where I designed a solution, did hands-on coding and modeling, and discussed trade-offs. The final stage was an in-person behavioral interview about teamwork, communication, workplace challenges, and conflict. People were genuinely nice, and the process stayed comfortable and supportive even as the technical bar rose. I did not get an offer, but the interactions felt constructive and respectful.

Location: Dublin, Dublin. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
