My process started with a recruiter chat about my background and visa status. The phone screen was pretty quick, and the scheduling felt a little chaotic. I realized the interviewer was in a rush, and the call, which was supposed to last about half an hour, ended after roughly 12 minutes.
Even with the short, hurried conversation, I was selected to move on to the next round. I felt like there wasn't much time to establish my fit, but I guess the decision was made quickly.
