I started with a short recruiter call covering background and fit. About a week later, I had a technical interview on OOP: building classes and implementing methods tied to them. The pace was manageable, and the questions were not overly tricky.
The final stage had three back-to-back interviews. First was a 30-minute conversation with a software engineer on the team. Then I had a one-hour project deep dive with a manager. The last step was a one-hour presentation to engineering leadership, on a topic I chose. The whole sequence was structured and immersive, as if they were trying to understand how I thought on my feet and communicated beyond pure coding.
I did not get an offer. The format was clear, but it was still a lot to digest, especially the presentation at the end.
