After a quick recruiter outreach, I moved straight to a discussion with the hiring manager and HR. The process was fast and light on formal structure. The interviewers spent a lot of time explaining the company and role, and there were not many deep prompts. I still got the usual "tell me about yourself" focus and questions about my recent work.
STAR-style prompts came up, but the tone was not especially intense or technical. What stood out was how quickly they decided. It did not feel like a long multi-stage process, and it never dragged out after the manager and HR discussion.
