I began with an HR and manager conversation that made me think technical questions might not be part of the process. I went into it more relaxed than I should have.
The second round changed tone quickly. They started asking many technical questions, and the depth rose almost immediately. I had not prepared for the particular technical work they expected, and I could not recover as well as I wanted to.
The process turned out harder than the first HR framing suggested. I did not get an offer, and my main takeaway was how quickly the interview expectations shifted after that initial conversation.
