I started with a short recorded phone interview. About a day later, I moved into the longer main interview. The first call was quick, around fifteen minutes, while the next stage was more involved.
The virtual round had two interviewers speaking with me at the same time. Their questions were solid and required real thought, but the conversation flowed well enough that I left feeling I had done a good job. I was hopeful afterward.
What stayed with me was the lack of follow-through. I never received a call or message telling me where I stood. I did not receive an offer, and the silence disappointed me more than my performance did.
