I went through the Priority Campus NQT process: an online assessment, a technical interview, and an HR interview. The assessment followed the usual aptitude-and-reasoning pattern and included two coding questions. Once I cleared it, I was shortlisted for the Digital track.
The technical interview leaned heavily on my resume. I walked through my projects and core computer science basics, then answered a DSA question, a couple of DBMS questions, and Git basics, including common commands. Near the end, they asked about fundamentals from computer networks and operating systems. The tone was encouraging throughout.
The HR round lasted about ten minutes. They asked what I would do if I were not selected and how I would react if my offer changed from Digital to Ninja. They also asked what I knew about TCS and its work, along with a few general HR questions. I felt I had done what they wanted. A few days later, I received the selection list and was selected for the Digital role. It felt like a process that rewarded preparation and calm delivery.
