My experience at the venue was disappointing because the day felt poorly managed. I arrived early but waited a long time before my name was called for the first round, late in the evening after most of the day had gone by. There were many other candidates, and I could not tell how the calling order was decided.
The invitation gave a smaller time window, but the process ran until around the evening. They added written-assessment filtering and extra thresholds for the large turnout. Even with those filters, it seemed to me that there were not enough interviewers for the huge shortlist, so the waits continued to pile up.
I did not receive an offer. The main thing I carried away was that the lack of structure hurt the process: logistics kept interrupting my time and focus more than the technical evaluation did.
