My interview process felt surprisingly smooth compared with what I've experienced elsewhere. After a straightforward recruiter-to-technical flow, I could use a portal to track my progress through the stages. That made the process feel organized instead of stressful.
The technical screen was fairly standard: a LeetCode-style problem in the medium range. The engineering interviewers were generally cordial in the sessions I had. Even when one interviewer seemed a little odd or verbose, they still helped when I got stuck. One screen was described as more mathy than I expected, but the environment remained calm and professional.
The difficulty stayed moderate as the process continued. By the end, I felt the evaluation was more about fit and execution than anything overly theatrical. The process was well run, although it ended in rejection. What surprised me most was how positive the interactions were overall, even though the company ultimately didn't move forward.
