United Technologies & Information Services Software Engineer Interview Experience: two quick offer paths

I applied online, then a recruiter contacted me by email and scheduling moved quickly. I spoke with two people on Microsoft Teams. It was a straightforward conversation, and they finished by saying they would send a write-up to the hiring manager. Later that same day, I heard they wanted to send an offer letter.

I also had a similar experience in a separate run. That time, there was just one 30-minute virtual panel with a program manager, a senior architect, and a VP. The discussion felt casual and did not drag. Others told me they had only one interview too, which made the process seem lightweight. I received an offer shortly after that call. Between the manageable bar and the speed, that route also felt efficient.

Location: United States. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: Got offer.
