Technical interviews followed fairly quickly after my recruiter call. In one screen, I shared my screen, built some logic live and explained it while answering follow-ups. It was hands-on, and I felt the interviewer was paying attention to my approach.
The questions stayed close to my experience. One interviewer referred to a project I'd mentioned and asked a series of Python questions about that work. They were challenging, but I could understand what he wanted to check.
The first technical round felt more structured. Later discussions broadened out to a hiring-manager-style conversation and a follow-up panel. The whole process took roughly a few weeks. It was difficult enough that I left feeling I'd been assessed carefully and deliberately.
