I went through a tight technical process that began with an onsite LeetCode-style exam. It lasted about two hours and included a warmup plus easy, medium, and hard questions. The structure matched what I had been told to prepare for. I did not feel rushed when I finished, but the main challenge was getting the medium and hard questions right under the clock.
After the exam, I interviewed with developers. In my case, I had a Zoom follow-up with two engineers. Part of it remained LeetCode-focused, while the rest moved into system design. That stage was meant to see how I would break down a larger problem and discuss tradeoffs, not simply write code and stop.
I did not pass to the next stage. The experience felt fair and organized, but I left realizing that I was a little short of the depth they were looking for.
