After a recruiter touchpoint, I had a direct technical interview that began with a quick look at my background. There were a few behavioral questions, but most of the session became a technical discussion based on the projects on my CV. I also talked about the work they were doing and what I might handle at the beginning.
The process had an initial online discussion and then a second stage in person. Both interviewers were welcoming and easy to talk to, which made it less intimidating even while they probed my technical understanding. One surprise was how much they wanted to get through the technical material first. By the time behavioral questions came up, there was less time than I expected to discuss company details.
It felt like an average-to-challenging screen of relevant knowledge rather than a puzzle gauntlet. I did not receive an offer, but I left with a clearer sense of what they were evaluating and what would be expected early on.
Location: Indianapolis, IN. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
