The conversations assessed fit and how I would work across teams. They started more behaviorally and became more technical as the process went on. The interviewers were collaborative and respectful, and the process was long enough for me to build momentum.
I did not receive an offer. Still, the steps were communicated clearly and seemed designed to evaluate more than one part of the role. Understanding the process as it unfolded reduced the stress I have felt in other hiring loops.
