I applied, and the recruiter reached out quickly by email and through the candidate portal. The recruiter call was easy and straightforward, and they accommodated my timeline so I could move directly to an assessment through CodeSignal.
The assessment worked like an online unlock sequence. Getting a full score on one problem allowed me to move to the next. I didn’t pass overall, but I was told there were at least a couple more rounds after the OA, so the process was longer for candidates who cleared that threshold.
Although I didn’t make it through, the process felt organized and responsive when it came to scheduling, and the decision point was easy to see. What stayed with me was that the bar after the assessment was clearly meaningful because they seemed willing to continue only with candidates who showed strong technical performance.
