The interviewers were friendly and seemed interested in how I would work on a team as well as what I could build. The questions went beyond puzzle solving into judgment, collaboration, and explaining my thinking clearly.
It felt difficult for me, and I did not receive an offer. I came away feeling that the process lined up with my communication strengths, even though the outcome did not go my way.
