I had two back-to-back interviews, first with a hiring manager and then with an engineer from the team. Each lasted about 60 minutes. For roughly the first 15 minutes, I answered behavioral questions, and the rest was DSA.
That split made the mental switch obvious. I had to move from narrative examples and decision making to DSA problem solving for most of each session. The process felt difficult, and I did not receive an offer. The back-to-back pace made the pressure worse because there was little time to reset between behavioral framing and coding logic.
Location: United States. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
