Amazon Advertising Software Engineer interview with linked-list screen

I was glad I went through the Amazon process, even though I eventually declined the offer. The phone screen began with two easy technical questions: reversing a linked list and explaining the difference between TCP and UDP.

The final round included a behavioral question about project ownership. I felt more prepared because I had access to a company-specific question bank on PracHub, and my confidence improved as I practiced.

The process felt smooth and straightforward. I received an offer and chose to decline it. Looking back, I appreciated how consistent the stages felt and how clearly the questions matched what the interviewers wanted to evaluate.

Location: United States. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: got offer.
