The journey had the feel of a complete pipeline: a short video presentation, tests on the company platform, an HR screening, a technical interview with engineering, and another conversation with a team leader.
The technical interview focused on technology rather than live coding. Architecture and overall structure came up, but the questions remained general instead of going deep into a specific job scope, which made it feel somewhat consulting oriented. The stages were standard enough, yet their timing and order mattered. I got the impression they were evaluating role understanding alongside general technical grounding.
I was approved at some point, but then entered a waiting list that could last months before any actual placement. I was not effectively hired immediately. That ambiguity was frustrating and changed how I felt about the whole experience, even though the interviews themselves were calm and structured.
