I started the process with good intentions, but the lack of coordination became frustrating. I arrived early and waited in the security area while the scheduled interview failed to happen. A text eventually said the hiring manager was on medical leave. Instead of a clear reschedule, another manager interviewed me after a long wait. I followed up expecting at least an acknowledgment, but I received neither an apology nor a recruiter response.
The silence happened again in other runs with them. After an in-person final panel with several team members, I sent follow-ups for weeks without a rejection email or feedback. In another timeline, I went through several rounds, including an onsite panel, and then received no update for two months despite repeated outreach.
The inconsistency stood out because the interviews themselves had been presented so seriously. Even when an interview day wasn't terrible, the aftermath soured it: no closure, no progress updates, and a feeling that recruitment wasn't being handled with care. I didn't get an offer. What stayed with me was that the interview format mattered much less than whether the team followed through afterward.
Location: United States. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: no offer.
