I interviewed for a Software Engineer role through a multi-interview, all-technical process. It moved from front-end topics into broader full-stack engineering, including Linux and open source.

In the front-end interview, I was asked about React and general front-end topics. The systems and programming interview shifted to C++ and Linux. Another round covered full-stack development fundamentals in a JavaScript context, followed by a deeper discussion of full-stack engineering.

In an early-stage interview, I presented and discussed my experience and a project. A second early-stage interview focused on Linux knowledge and how I relate to open source.

I didn't get an offer, but the sequence was coherent and performance-based across consecutive technical rounds.

Location: Hong Kong. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: No offer.
