I interviewed for the Software Engineer role through a drawn-out but structured process. I completed several assessments, followed by interviews covering coding, systems concepts, and behavioral collaboration.

I started with a written-style screen, then completed logic and personality testing. The technical stages included long interview sessions, another technical segment later in the process, and a coding-focused assessment. I also discussed my experience, collaboration habits, and working style in HR and behavioral conversations. The systems portion covered general system concepts, and at least one path included Linux-related knowledge.

I reached the later stages after multiple technical interviews, but I was ultimately rejected. I didn’t receive an offer. The format was comprehensive, though the timeline and the waiting between rounds were exhausting.

Location: Vancouver, BC. Overall feedback: Neutral. Offer status: No offer.
