I applied around early September 2025, and got the OA right away — not sure if it was automatic. The OA was strange, it had three parts, including SAT-math-style questions, I don't remember it too clearly. In October they scheduled an HR call, which just asked some basic information and confirmed my graduation date and things like that. Around mid-November they asked for my interview availability, and didn't confirm until early December — a full day, three interviews, with an hour break between each. They said all three groups had to come back positive for me to move forward.
VO1: Asked about my resume and did a project deep dive, then gave me LC 5 Longest Palindromic Substring — no need to write code, just talk through the approach verbally.
VO2: Same setup, first asked about my resume and did regular BQ, then shared a screen with code written in some obscure language, and I had to guess what each line did based on the syntax. The interviewer would give hints along the way.
VO3: Pure BQ. Since my resume mentioned that I was a tutor for a networking course in undergrad, they had me do a mock teaching demo on the spot — just pick any networking concept and explain it. Everything else was regular BQ.
Around late December they told me I passed, then asked for a reference. I didn't have any internship experience, so I asked an undergrad professor for one. The professor got back to them and sent the reference in January.
On January 30th they called with the offer. I already had other offers and don't plan to take this one. The whole process dragged on for a long time, and the difficulty wasn't high — it mainly seems to come down to whether your BQ answers can impress each group's interviewer.
