Lockheed Martin Software Engineer interview about project work and resume experience

My first step was a conversation with a recruiter who set expectations and kept things simple. The recruiter asked basic questions about eligibility, went over my relevant experience, and introduced the business unit and the project work I'd be involved with. The atmosphere was calm, and it felt like the time was meant to help me get comfortable before moving on.

After that introduction, the process shifted to a virtual interview where I talked more directly about my experience. I discussed the points on my resume and answered questions tied to what I'd already shared. There were no complicated surprises, just a structured conversation about my background and how it fit the role.

Overall, it wasn't an intense process or a high-pressure technical evaluation. The recruiter stage clarified what I would be doing, which made the rest of the conversation easier to manage. I didn't receive an offer afterward, but the experience felt professional and well paced.

Location: King of Prussia, PA. Overall feedback: Neutral. Offer status: No offer.
