The process was slow to start. My application took about three weeks to move forward, but once it did, the interview part was fairly compact and organized.

I had a behavioral-focused interview with a panel of four. They did not expect me to know everything. Instead, they used scenario questions to see how I thought when I did not have certainty. It felt less about finding a single right answer and more about reasoning clearly and communicating my approach.

Within a few days of that interview, I received an offer. From beginning to end, the process took about a month. I came away with the sense that they valued how I thought and did not punish me for not having every detail memorized. The scenario format made the evaluation feel more human than a purely technical interview, and getting the offer felt validating.

Location: Montreal, QC. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: got offer.
