My interview process combined live discussions with a final case exercise. I started with an HR conversation, then met with the team and had additional conversations with managers. People were engaged, and the discussions focused on how I thought through situations.
The main challenge was a case round. I had to write a client-style response and then present Navan using two slides. I had to turn the earlier discussion into a coherent pitch and deliver it in a role-play setting. In the version I experienced, the final case presentation was in front of several people, including a manager and someone in an account-manager role, so it felt like a real evaluation rather than a casual exercise.
I wasn't offered the role. What stayed with me was how much weight they placed on communicating a prepared story under time pressure, not just on how comfortable I sounded in conversation.
Location: Berlin. Overall feedback: Negative. Offer status: No offer.
