I had a fairly straightforward interview process. The steps felt organized, even though the timeline varied. It started with a recruiter conversation about behavioral topics and my background. The later rounds followed a simple structure. Overall, it seemed to involve four rounds, and there wasn't a self-style presentation unless you were interviewing for an internship track.
The technical portion focused on basics and CV-style discussion. It felt more like an evaluation of how I think and communicate about engineering work than an attempt to catch me off guard. I also received a technical coding assessment to complete before the next stage, and it was clearly required to continue.
The experience was professional and fairly easy to engage with, but I didn't receive an offer. I remember the early rounds being casual, while the process could still depend on completing the technical assessment.
Location: Long Beach, CA. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: No offer.
