I began with a structured math screen: a timed CodeSignal assessment with programming and algorithmic problems that also demanded test-style problem solving under pressure. The later interviews stayed focused on probability and clean reasoning. Interviewers wanted to hear how I thought, not only the answer.
The math covered Bayes' rule, combinatorics, expected-value questions, and puzzle-like reasoning. The test felt progressively harder, so time management mattered, and the format pushed me to solve enough early questions to continue. In a later problem-solving interview, I had to reason aloud, handle uncertainty, and adjust when something did not line up.
The rounds were not described as extreme, but they were easy to misstep on, particularly with games or multi-step probability twists. I left feeling that the evaluation was about organization and adapting as the questions escalated as much as it was about correctness.
