Susquehanna International Group Quantitative Analyst interview: rushed probability questions before a mixed interview

Susquehanna International Group·Quantitative Analyst·Reported Jul 2026

After a recruiter call, I entered a timed, math-heavy process that felt focused on probability from the start. The next step was an online assessment made up mostly of probability questions, and it got harder as I went. I did not manage my time as well as I should have, so I rushed the last few questions just as the difficulty increased.

Soon after, I had another interview that mixed behavioral and technical questions. The technical side still leaned heavily on probability instead of covering a broad range of topics. It felt manageable overall, but there was more pressure because I had to stay consistent as the math became trickier.

Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
