I had an OA first, then quick interviews combining probability with coding and problem solving. The technical portions did not seem impossibly hard, but they could be tricky. The challenge was staying consistent instead of getting stuck on one question.
The follow-up conversations were smooth and interviewer-friendly, with HR reaching out quickly after positive feedback. One interview was casual, with behavioral questions, a couple of probability questions, and a Q&A on the program and team culture. The probability questions still demanded clear logical reasoning and an explanation of each step.
I did not reach an offer through this route. It felt less adversarial than the toughest versions I saw: approachable conversations combined with a test of whether I could think clearly through probability problems under time pressure. The math mattered, but being articulate about my reasoning mattered just as much.
Location: United States. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
