The on-campus process had two standardized rounds, each with a live DSA coding problem and Amazon work-style questions. The coding was assessed for correctness and for how I reasoned about time and space complexity. The behavioral part used Leadership Principles such as Ownership, Bias for Action, and Customer Obsession.
Those prompts followed a 'tell me about a time' format, so I answered with STAR-style stories. It felt as though both sides were judged together: problem solving, communication, and fit with the leadership themes. I did not receive an offer. The hard part was keeping stories structured while sounding natural, because the questions were intended to map to how I would work on a team.
Location: Bengaluru. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
