The process began with an online assessment combining coding and aptitude questions. After passing it, I was invited to one or two technical interviews on data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and general problem-solving.
The final round included behavioral questions about communication, teamwork, and fit for a software development engineer intern role. It felt as though they wanted to see whether I could collaborate and explain my thinking, not just tell a good technical story.
I found the process difficult and didn't receive an offer. Looking back, the technical assessment got me through one stage, but behavioral fit and how I communicated in teamwork scenarios seemed to determine how far I went.
Location: India. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
