I began with an online assessment that had one data-structure coding question and an AI coding question. Then came four interviews. Two combined data-structure coding with leadership-principles discussion, another paired low-level design with leadership principles, and the bar-raiser-style round was leadership principles only. Leadership themes came up even in rounds that otherwise felt technical.
I also went through a similar setup that opened with coding and continued with three one-hour interviews with different team members. One was entirely coding, one mixed coding and behavioral questions, and the last was behavioral only.
The difficulty felt average. I did not receive an offer. My main takeaway was that leadership questions were woven into the technical interviews instead of being saved for one behavioral round.
Location: San Diego, CA. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
