I spoke with a recruiter and, about 90 minutes later, completed an online assessment with two coding problems. A few behavioral prompts were built into that assessment, and even then I was thinking about Amazon Leadership Principles while solving.
The virtual onsite was four back-to-back rounds of roughly an hour each. It included a two-question LeetCode-style coding round with one hard and one medium problem, system design, behavioral questions, and a bar raiser that mixed coding with behavioral discussion. Different interviewers owned different principles, so the principles carried through technical conversations too. The process took almost a week. The coding time pressure, especially the edge cases in the final problem, stayed with me. I did not get an offer, but the process felt structured and respectful, and the principles seemed to be assessed alongside execution rather than treated as lip service.
Location: Brazil. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
