My process began with a thorough, tightly paced phone interview. Segments ran back to back. I first worked through two medium LeetCode questions, each followed by probing about how I approached the problem end to end. Then I did workplace-style behavioral questions and a quick personality-type check about how I work and where I see my strengths.
What stood out was the interviewers' tone. Even with the harder coding and compressed schedule, they were understanding and let me fully explain my answers instead of cutting me off. That mattered because I could correct course and clarify trade-offs while I was still in the moment.
I did not get an offer, but the process felt serious and structured rather than hostile or rushed. The coding difficulty was real, yet the communication environment was supportive enough for me to show my reasoning.
Location: Melissa, TX. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
